  2. Client Commitment
    • Support: You understand that teaching your baby good sleeping habits from the get-go takes a lot of effort. But you’re up for the challenge and ready to put in the work for 1-3 weeks while your partner or support person has your back. You’ve got this!
    • Focus: You understand that in the early stages of sleep training, it’s crucial to stay organised in your daily life and avoid taking on any extra commitments. By doing so, you can give your complete focus to teaching your baby good sleeping habits.
    • Consistency: You are aware that consistency is key throughout the sleep training process, and it’s important to adhere to the guidelines of the chosen sleep training method to achieve the desired outcome.
    • Safe Sleep: You have taken the necessary steps to ensure that your baby’s sleeping environment is safe and complies with the guidelines for reducing the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).
  3. Consultant Commitment
    • Personalised plan: I will actively listen to my clients, considering their unique sleep needs and goals. Each family is different, and I will provide a custom solution tailored to their specific circumstances.
    • Safe sleep: As a sleep consultant, I understand the importance of following Red Nose safe sleep guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of your baby.
    • Transparency and honesty: I will provide honest advice and recommendations based on my knowledge and experience as a sleep consultant. If a situation arises that is outside of my expertise; I will research or seek additional support from other experienced sleep consultants to ensure the best possible outcome for my clients.
    • Empathy: I approach my work with kindness and compassion, understanding that my clients are often experiencing long-term sleep deprivation. I am here to provide support and guidance throughout the sleep training process, offering reassurance and empathy every step of the way.
    • Dedication: Your sleep journey is important to me, and I am dedicated to helping you and your family achieve restful nights and healthy sleep habits.
