Our journey begins with a free discovery call where we discuss your child's sleep challenges and how I work. This allows us to understand if we are a good fit and how I can best support you. Book your discovery call today.

Select Your Sleep Package

You then choose the sleep package that suits your needs. Whether you're looking for a comprehensive plan with ongoing support or a straightforward guide, I have options tailored to fit every family. Select your sleep package now.

Comprehensive Intake Form

Once you select a package, you'll fill in a detailed intake form. This form gathers essential information about your child’s sleep patterns, routines, and overall health, ensuring I have a complete picture.

Tailored Sleep Plan

Based on the intake form, I create a customised sleep plan designed specifically for your child. This plan includes practical steps and strategies to address your child's unique sleep issues.

Online Consultation

We schedule an online meeting where I walk you and your partner (if possible) through the sleep plan. I explain each step, answer your questions, and ensure you feel confident moving forward.

Premium Support Packages

If you choose a premium support package, I offer 1-2 weeks of hands-on guidance. During this period, we work closely together to implement the sleep plan, making adjustments as needed to ensure success. See my support pacakages.

The final and cornerstone of my approach is teaching your child the skill of self-settling. While I can’t promise a tear-free experience—since crying is a natural way for babies and children to communicate—I can promise you will have unwavering support throughout the process. My goal is to ensure your child knows they are loved and supported as they learn to sleep independently.

Meet Sheree

I’m Sheree Chambers, a passionate sleep consultant dedicated to helping families find the sleep they deserve. Let me share a bit about myself and why I’m here to support you on your sleep journey.

I’m a mum in my early forties (that feels weird to write), blessed with three beautiful children who bring endless joy and adventure to my life. My world revolves around my 3-year-old MCDA Identical twin boys, Isaiah and Archie, and my energetic 4.5-year-old girl, Elliot. Alongside them, I have a loving husband named Bohan and our furry companion, Echo, an enthusiastic Kelpie.

How I became obsessed with sleep

My fascination with sleep began when my daughter was just six weeks old. Like many new parents, I experienced the challenges that come with having a baby who suffered from colic. In those sleep-deprived moments, I found myself questioning every life choice I had made.

It was during this time of total sleep deprivation that a dear friend reached out and introduced me to some simple sleep strategies that completely transformed our lives. I became utterly captivated by the power of healthy sleep habits.

What struck me the most was the profound impact sleep had on a parent’s mental health. It became abundantly clear that a well-rested parent is better equipped to handle the daily joys and challenges of raising a child. With this realisation, I felt a deep calling to share my newfound knowledge and support other families so that they wouldn’t have to endure the same struggles.

When my twin boys arrived, I understood firsthand the importance of quality sleep. My husband, who has the sleeping disorder narcolepsy, further emphasised the significance of restful sleep in our household. We quickly learned that when both parents had ample sleep, we were more effective communicators and worked together as a team. Sleep had an unexpected benefit of helping our relationship become even stronger.

Sharing my passion

Being a mum is a role I cherish with all my heart, but I’ve come to appreciate it even more when I prioritise my own sleep. I firmly believe that every family deserves the same opportunity to thrive through the power of restful nights. That’s why I decided to pursue a qualification as a sleep consultant, and as of June 2023, I’m proud to say that I’m a certified sleep consultant.

I provide practical strategies, customised sleep plans, and compassionate support tailored to your unique family dynamics. Together, we’ll create an environment where everyone can experience the benefits of a good night’s sleep.
